Not exactly. Perhaps a step towards improved resilience. Would be interesting to do things like covering a heart in a biomechanical emergency sheath for example. Rest might just provide for an improved toolbox. The really interesting topics here are tissue niche maintenance and genomic stabilization.

Immortality is already achieved through eternal salvation. I believe in God and would rather enter Heaven than find a way to trap myself on Earth forever.

The concept of heaven exposes christcucks for the self-interested egoists they truly are. You just can't phantom doing something good for the sake of good and not to get a reward. If you actually believed in what christianity preaches you'd do everything to delay or even give up heaven if it means you get to help more people.
I'm still waiting for a religion that promises hell for good deeds, but enocurages to do them despite that. A follower of such a religion could genuinely be called a selfless, good person. But then it wouldn't serve the practical ,social purpose of keeping amoral masses in check with a carrot.
