This is easy, because I'm not a retard.
When you say something, you note the current conditions. That conditions change afterwards does not impact what is said.
1, 2, 2, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1.

>...of the digit 1 is 2
>...of the digit 2 is 2
But now it's used 3 times, but if you say 3, then it's only used twice. Self referential questions like this often have this "problem", I say "problem" because it's often by design.

In this case, it does impact whether the resulting sentence is true or not. Your answer is wrong.

These are mathematical systems. The fact you refer to them as word games proved you don’t understand the problem and looked up the answer without understanding how you got there.

First you prove that the biggest number on the right can't have more than 2 digits. Then you prove that there at most two 2 digit numbers on the right. Then you prove there is at most one two digit number. Then you prove it can't be bigger than 13. Then you prove that it can't sit beside anything other than 1. Then you prove that it can't be anything other than 11.
>This is where you find one solution that contains eleven
Then you prove that beside 0 must sit 1. Then that beside 8,9 also must be one.
>This is where you find the seven solution
Then you do a clever bounding argument for why there are no more solutions.

I just filled every slot (except 1) with one, then counted the number of 1s (so there's 10 1's). But writing 10 adds a 1 (so there's 11 1's now), and we've also increased the number of 0s, so write 11 instead. Now there's 12 1's. But we can just remove a 1 by replacing the value at 2 with 2. So now there's still 11 1's.

Just some simple deductions really. You could probably do this more formally, but I'm not skilled enough for that.

>No there aren't
For every base-x for every x>10 there exists a solution of x-1 repeating after the decimal for every slot. So .A..., .B..., .C..., etc.

As there are infinitely many bases>10, there are infinitely many solutions.
