Time machine design (for objects only) put the object in a chamber with negatively ionized gas or plasma and nother gas jet circulating in another circuit. Accelerate the plasma to light speed using magnets, flow the two plasma jets together at light speed and the collision should create a black hole or wormhole which will send the object backwards in time.

I think to create a wormhole you have to flow the gas while spiraling it into a smaller outlet so that the force of the gas entering the outlet forms a wormhole.

You could probably do it by shifting a magnetic field so hard it warps spacetime.
