Alternative supplements for cognitive development (I've tried everything in pic rel without noticeable results after 7 months). I want to be just like you
>>16698705 (OP) Have tried methylene blue, uridine mono phosphate (with lots of scrambled eggs in your diet to make your body utilize it), and ginkgo biloba?
>>16698782 I already do that >>16698821 I don't tried it except for the ginkgo biloba (still didn't notice a thing with it) >>16698742 Good one, will take it
>>16698705 (OP) Do you take electrolytes and methylated B12/B6/folate? Most people don't get enough sodium potassium or magnesium in their diet and also don't get any methylated active form b vitamins in their diet. The activated/methylated part is very important. Most Americans eat fortified foods that have deactivated b vitamin that actively harm your body.
>>16698705 (OP) It's all snake oil. None of these will suddenly give you something you physically miss. Supplement companies love their grift. Perhaps the most useful supplement is a complete multivitamin in case your diet didn't cover all your bases.
>>16699014 Ok will check my schedule sleep more seriously and I don't take melatonin but thanks >>16699057 >>16699069 >>16699107 >taking advantage of a blue board >>16699058 And you need help >>16699154 Probably you are right but I know there's something that might be working so I'll try lion's mane, I have some stored somewhere
