ngl, I feel like diogenes would be pro-trans if anything if we extrapolated that argument to the modern day. This pic doesn't really make sense.

You can cram that into a universal TM with just a few states, can you clarify what you mean?

man, your delusion skills are of the charts, really?, the man that plucked some feather of a bird & said "behold, a man" would be pro-trans?, if anything you lot have done the "plucking" necessary for him to point at you and declare "behold, a woman"

diogenes was hardly pro-anything. he was mostly anti-stuff. for instance, he was more anti-humans than he was pro-dog. he felt man (as in humans) had no virtue. there is zero chance he'd be pro-trans. he would absolutely be anti-trans, but only insofar that it falls into anti-human. that is, he wouldn't have seen being trans as any more despondent than he had seen every other human as devoid of virtue. though he probably would have found a certain respect in their public depravity denigrating social norms. recall that diogenes had no problems masturbating in public, purely to send a message

Yes.

>though he probably would have found a certain respect in their public depravity denigrating social norms
That's what I'm saying. The entire logic behind transness is that gender is a social construct. Diogenes would have been a gender abolitionist if only to troll.

The idea that Plato would have been making the pro-trans argument is itself farcical, but the idea that Diogenes would have argued for strictly constructed gender roles is ridiculous.

What argument do you think is being made from conventions? Or do you think people actually look to gamete size when determining what gender to use for other people?

You're the one explaining why Diogenes would have been pro-trans while arguing he wouldn't have been.

Diogenes is making fun of a definition of man, the definition was iirc like a fetherless biped so he plucked a chicken to show how stupid it was, now if diogenes did the same for what some people define a woman as he would cut the dick off a child and hold it up to be laughed at as a humorous example,

No. It's not. Both because the terms are pro-choice and pro-forced birth and because you can't be pro and anti the same thing.

Now, you can certainly be pro-choice and think a person or people that have had an abortion are a shitstain. That's just a thing that is objectively true. Many people are shitstains, including people that have had abortions.

>your logical abilities are atrocious.
You're literally arguing being pro-choice means you can't hate any woman that has ever had an abortion, you fucking idiot.

I feel like holding up a child's severed dick would make more sense as a humorous example of the definition of a man, than a woman. It produces the smaller of the two human gametes after all. And it's not like you need a whole body or something since the definition starts at conception.

That is true. I think philosophy to some degree was something that was done for fun though. I mean look at Plato’s Symposium. The whole thing takes place at a party. They’re getting drunk and bantering about sex. It’s an ancient podcast episode. A lot of these guys had real jobs too.

Probably because you won't stop forcing your bedroom kinks on all of society and demanding access to female-only spaces because you're just predators.

You should've kept it in the "privacy of your own bedroom" as you promised to do, but now you demand people play along with your perversions or else you want them arrested for it.

Not even a /pol/tard and you're obviously a newfag tourist, but that won't stop you from screeching POOOOL everywhere you go all the time every time you see an opinion you don't like.
