There is the concept of porn addiction but evidence for it isn't very strong and it's difficult to know if it's particular to porn or just like any other addiction like social media or gaming addiction.
If it's interfering with your everyday life and you can't stop it despite knowing this this then by definition it's a disorder.
When evidence for something is this inconclusive it's reasonable to assume that even if it is bad for you, it's not to a large enough degree that would make it obvious.
My personal opinion is that it's normal and overall neutral as far as health outcomes go and most issues stem from people overthinking it and guilt tripping themselves over it. I also want to remind people that thinking that abstinence will be a transformative personal growth is magical thinking which is maladaptive behavior and can be a prodrome of actual disorders.
If you're doing it, are happy with it and it's not interfering with your life continue doing it and don't pay it any mind.
If it's interfering with your life in a bad way then yes it's bad for you. If you goon all day instead of going out then yes you need to do something about it. At least consider regulating it if you don't want to abstain completely.
Everyone who gives you a simple yes or no answer is usually either an idiot or has an agenda. Use your fucking brain and decide what works for you personally.
