Wasn't sure whether to post here or on biz, currently earning 150000 (salary + bonus) at a pharma company working on medical devices. Graduated with a BS in 2016 and MS 2018 and im in central nj. I feel underpaid but wanted to field some reactions.

Depends on your field. If you are doing anything besides the chemistry or business, then you are probably doing fine. You always have your crypto stash anyways, right?

Depending on your anchors, get your feelers out for other jobs anyway, some companies won't give you a higher compensation plan until you hit them with the going somewhere else deal. If you want to go for the raise talk, try to find the value diff you bring in - have a job offer in the back pocket with whatever you think your estimate worth is. Hit them with your raise proposition at some percent over that. If you are heavily tied down, then you have to be more savvy and play the kneepads game.
