Depends on how fast we decide to incorporate space into our society, if we decided tomorrow to pour trillions into space development we could probably build massive nuclear powered spacecraft to toodle around the solar system, but the investment isn't there since for now all anyone wants to do is take some pictures and do science so there is only enough money for probes to do that.

I understand but there comes a point when technology filters down to brownoids. Just like there are random nogs in Africa who can build a car from scratch. This century: absolutely impossible
2100s: I assume orbital shipyards will be possible with unknown feasibility. But spaceships will still look a bit like Starship or generic spacecraft.
2200s: I assume we will have enough orbital ship construction expertise and infrastructure by now for this to be the optimistic timeline
2300s: pessimistic timeline.

Of course we will never have FTL ships, I am speaking logistics.
