What are some good resources to learn Tensor Calculus if I have an engineer's understanding of math (Vector Calculus and Linear Algebra in their non analysis forms)

I liked Tensor Analysis on Manifolds by Bishop and Goldberg
I've also heard good things about Tensors, Differential Forms, and Variational Principles by Lovelock and Rund if you want something more calculation dockside, but I've never personally read it.
