Is there an alarm clock which you don't set but which wakes you 9 hours after you've fallen asleep?

8 is my normal time.
7 is the livable minimun, under that I become a zombie.

Smart watches can track when you are sleeping automatically and there should functionally be alarm that wakes you up after certain hours. If not, then maybe connecting smart watch to your more smarter google ai can do that?

Not exactly what you want, but there's an app called Sleep Cycle. It is a privacy nightmare. It accesses your microphone all night. And you need to set a 30 min window. The app listens to your movements, analyzes them, and sounds an alarm when your sleep is the least deep- within that 30 min window. Or if you can do a hacky solution with your smartwatch and another device that's great!
