No you cannot regenerate the cells and nerve endings that give you the pleasure of a foreskin. It's just a bag over a dick at this point, no sensation or any pleasurable benefit to the male. I hate circumcision at birth and that's coming from a person who voluntarily circumcisied himself to get rid of a very tight foreskin with no matter how much training still becomes tight. I hope in the future there will be laws against this and people will have empathy to not rip up baby dicks
