>"bad" cancer drugs
Multiplying a negative by a negative here so they ironically ought to actually treat cancer and have fewer side effects this way

No, simply incorrect. I've read through the study and all the drugs featured have undergone clinical testing/on the market for YEARS...
It seems you vastly misunderstand cancer treatment, and that a lot of earlier small molecule anticancer drugs are not specific/selective to killing the cancer cells.
Also, most chemotherapy is combination therapy meaning multiple drugs to enact the therapeutic effect. The manuscript itself states that underdosed drugs yes won't have toxic side effects - but they also wouldn't kill the cancer.
Would not be surprised if this gave the chance for the cancer to also develop resistance similar to not finishing a prescribed antibiotic...

Without insane amounts of gibs from first world countries no one in sub-saharan africa would live long enough to get cancer in the first place so they should consider themselves lucky.

juxtaposition in this case does not denote multiplication

Crazy reading other boards screaming "pharma bad" over this while they still refuse to admit that the same pharma is who was injecting mystery juice into their arms over and over again a few years ago.
