scientifically speaking, how smelly would her 2000 year unwashed vampire feet be?

Beings that do not follow the laws of entropy would not be subject to natural bodily odors. It's as stupid as asking if a vampire can poop or not.

It would depend on the types of microbes and germs that live on her feet. Vampires are dead so they don't have the same body heat as humans.

Imagine unlacing a marathoner’s sneakers after forty races, then fermenting the contents in a sealed cheese cave lined with wet copper pennies—add a top-note of cracked-open dinosaur egg and a back-note of molten Brie left sun-baked on a fishing dock. The first breath razors through your sinuses, eyes stream, taste buds seize, and every evolutionary alarm bell for “dangerous decay” goes off at once. Seconds later a thick, sour-sulfur fog seems to coat the tongue; swallowing only redistributes the misery.

i can confirm that after 10 years of not washing, you start to smell like drywall for some reason.

vampires do follow the laws of entropy, otherwise they wouldn't need to suck blood to continue living.
they don't poop, but they do pee. you think the excess blood stays in them indefinitely?

>vampires do follow the laws of entropy, otherwise they wouldn't need to suck blood to continue living.
that depends on the fiction. a lot of the time, blood is a craving akin to addiction that causes the vampire to revert to a more primitive, monstrous state instead, until they have their blood fill. otherwise, they remain eternal and unchanging forever.

they only seem that way due to their efficiency. a few drops of blood last them for decades.
