I cured mine by introducing vitamins, minerals and amino acids, I started with supplements and gradually introduced more variety to my diet.

I find the concept of convincing myself to suffer from an ailment such as constipation to be very counter-productive as the pessimism and stress seems to constrict the transit.

My progress started with 1g lysine per day.

Make sure you're not overcoconsuming irritants like garlic, balsamic vinegar or isolated ascorbic acid

glutamine is good for regenerating gastrointestinal mucosa (damaged by irritants) and found magnesium glycinate work well alongside lysine alleviating mental stress to help facilitate stool transit.

Depends on what you are eating. IF you are on a high carb/processed food diet that probably doesn't help. Eat more whole foods like meat, veggies, eggs. Things that don't come in a packet or are stuffed with emulsifiers, starches and refined oils.

Donโ€™t know.

Collect information on miRNA significantly different from normal in the disease. Then search what substances regulate those miRNA toward normal.
That and also use pubmed to find the latest therapies. Then you can be specific about it rather than using old information.
You probably need diet changes and to fast at some point possibly. Start collecting more information and you will be a bigger expert than anyone here.
