I have this old PC I've been trying to get to boot for years, would never boot just blank screen and fans spinning

Changed the processor, same shit
Changed the motherboard and processor, same shit
Tried 3 different PSU and 5 different monitors
Flashed the bios
It's now an entirely new PC except for the RAM and it still won't boot lmao

Any ideas?

I don't have any spare DDR4 and booting it with 1 module at a time makes little difference

Yes I've had it in case and in cardboard boxes, it's in a box now on the table

If it doesn't even beep, its got to be the motherboard or the gpu otherwise the motherboard would be beeping a certain number of time or at certain frequencies to indicate processor or ram or power supply problems.

sounds like a computer virus. once you plug in a part to an infected computer, that part gets infected too.

OP here, it turned out to be the memory, both modules were fucked somehow.

I borrowed some DDR4 off a guy and the machine booted, so I essentially have
>old processor
>new motherboard
>new memory
