What's worse dry or humid heat

Having spent summers in both Alabama and Arizona, I would take the latter over the former in a heartbeat.

I prefer dry, you can leave food out and it won't get moldy or soggy.

At least your body's AC works in dry heat.
Humid heat can cause Wet Bulb conditions that makes sweating not work.
Humid heat also makes swamp coolers not work as well.
Also, the humid air transfers heat to your body much faster which is what heat index measures.

An upside to humid heat is you can extract water from the air if you know how.

Humid. Can't sweat it off and cool yourself that way. Cold + humid is torture too.

And , worst of all, the summers AND winters and unbearably humid

Humid is objectively always better. Imagine being dry cooked and the sky is clear and the rain won't come for next 2 weeks.
