There are a ton of other focus drugs, but amphetamines and nicotine are the only ones worth the money. Don't bother with any of that weird shit or the mushrooms, they are rare and expensive because they don't really work that good. And don't use tobacco because it's really bad for you, just stick to nicotine gum or patches. Zyn is not bad for you but it's formulated to get you addicted by dumping the nicotine into your blood, which is more pleasurable, rather than releasing the nicotine slowly which is what you want for improving focus and memory.
If you just need to stay awake, you can combo ephedrine and caffeine as they have a synergistic effect which will get you extremely wired. Both of those are extremely cheap. You can get ephedrine at the pharmacy in a product called Bronkaid. You don't need a prescription but it's behind the counter so you have to ask for it. But that doesn't really improve your focus or performance if you're already well rested, it just wakes you up and/or makes you jittery.
One cool trick I invented in college is to set your alarm for 45 minutes before you have to wake up, then take an ephedrine and a caffeine pill from your nightstand, then feel free to go back to bed. When the drugs kick in, they'll wake you up, and it feels like you just naturally woke up and got a lot of rest.
