So what if Time travel is possible, but the whole downside is Space position. Our solar system is constantly revolving around milkyway's core and the milkyway is revolving around the great attractor inside the Laniakea Supercluster. Lets say i can travel back like 2000 years, how would i know the exact position of earth in this specific time in the solar system, and how would i know the position of the solar system around the milky way, and how would i know the position of the milky way around the great attractor? And as far as we know, everything drifts apart, so there is even more movement to consider

What if people can't just determine the exact position and thats how they just end up in an unknown part of the universe when they time travel so time travel becomes utterly pointless and isn't used therefore because without knowing the right position, you couldn't travel back to your initial starting point as you would need to know its position too. So what if the universe is full of stranded time travellers and they just discarded it?
