Gps satellites require nanosecond precision. Milliseconds is a significant deviation to correct for.

Satellites aren't real either, globetard
This isn't really a new issue and the GPS Control Center uploads corrections to GPST on a daily basis that are only valid for 4-6 hour segments. It's already off from UTC by more than 18 seconds.
