i saw an LA times article crying about this recently
it called DDT a "virtually indestructible" pollutant, making it sound as though it was worse than microplastics.
DDT has a know half life of maybe 15 years in soil.

and they wonder why no one trusts the media anymore, its just an accumulation of constant, relentless little lies like this that have completely wrecked their credibility.
