I'm starting research on medical infrastructures and the dissemination (and dissipation) of healthcare into urban and rural communities; more specifically what makes infrastructures fail to effectively distribute healthcare adequately and what makes a good infrastructure work.
has anyone here read any good papers or books on the topic they'd like to share? (that preferably dig a little deeper than, "muh capitalism")

There are two options.
Either black people and cornfield dwellers are too retarded and lazy to take physician/public health advice/direction. (chud take)
OR
Black people and cornfield people have good historical reasons not to take physician/public health advice/direction, and you must respect that. (cuck take)

In either case, there isn't anything you can do about it, and you should really switch your degree to something that's going to help you develop a useful thing, like a new compound or device, which might actually do some good.
