Not that we know of but given how we keep finding life in odd places like thermal vents, it wouldn't surprise me if something was there.

yes. bacteria has been found living in operating nuclear reactors - think hight temps, pressure, and radioactivity. Various living organims are found in the deepest mines living in rock and they get their energy through digesting the minerals there. There are many types of life deep underground, some of which may be placed there by descending tectconic plates, or maybe they originate there. The Earth is actually a living organisim is some respets in that there is life in the air, on the sureface, in the waters, and deep below the surface.
