I lift weights, run a mile every other day, and go outside.
I also make sure to eat lots of fatty meat, dairy, and eggs. I eat large amounts of vegetable fiber in my diet as well.

Again NAC is not a longevity supplement. Nobody uses it for living longer. It doesn’t work. It increases cancer risk.

The only thing that will work is probably calorie restriction and this board probably won’t do it.

I’m pretty sure most of those are going to be pro-aging.

This exactly.
Talked to a doctor friend recently and he said those who are off the best in old age are typically those who are not overweight. That seemed to be one of the clearest correlations to him. Other than that, obv no cigs and as little alcohol as possible, regular exercise helps.

My stack isn't optmised for longevity, but I hope general good health will still be correlated with longevity. I take:
l-tyrosine
vitamin d + k, 4k iu
sunflower lecithine (I have a gene variation that requires more choline)
apple cider vinegar
acetyl l-carnitine
magnesium

I also sometimes take a sleep stack.

Did you get your DNA tested? How did it go? I've considered doing it. Did you find that you have any other unusual genes?

I just used ancestry.com and 24andme, downloaded the raw data and analysed it using 3rd party sites. Where I live it's very hard and expensive to get a DNA test from your doctor.
It's not a full genome test, but I couldn't find one here, there were still some interesting results.

I have tons of bad mutations: higher diabetes risk, high ldl cholesterol, maoa gene mutation so bad neurotransmitters, schizo genes, choline, less dao so histamine intollerance.
I think the biggest thing was cutting out high histamine foods. I always tried introducing more fermented foods and legumes but now I know why I was never able to tolerate them and I won't try again.
