Why the fuck aren't LDL and HDL listed separately on nutrition labels?
Science is bunk if you can't explain why something basic like this isn't solved already.

LDL and HDL is made in the body dimwit. Dietary cholesterol is neither. These are typically made in the liver, even sugar causes you to make LDL.

Sugar, refined carbs, trans fats, and saturated fats are what cause LDL.

And not all saturated fats, but like palmitic acid is the worst in our diets and myristic acid is the 2nd worse. Palmitic acid is neutral or good
