It's been a long time since I went to school but i am considering going to Night school to get a university degree

What are the best apps to learn math, physics etc?

I will probably have to start to learn the "basics" from middle school like geometry, how to calculate parables etc

Use pen(cil) and paper. Take care of your eyes and dopamine system.
Get a textbook. Just do all of the exercises.

I personally would recommend starting with AOPS' prealgebra. And review your multiplication table.
For free alternative, the obvious answer is Khan Academy.
