Next year I'll start an undergrad course in Mathematics, but as of now I only know up until first degree equations and have some grasp of euclidean geometry. How can I study and dominate basic math on a good enough level for university? Resources are welcome.

If you’re an American, then don’t worry too much. The American undergraduate education system assumes you’re a retard by default and you’ll be spending your first year among enginiggers in calculus courses. Then your second year will consist of “discrete math” where you’re taught proof techniques people in civilized countries get taught in the 5th grade.

100%, I'm a sophomore and currently registered for a linear algebra class in which we're still learning fucking matrix multiplication. It's upper division too, it's the most advanced math class I could get in cuz of prereqslop. I did that shit in high school ffs

Do problems. Shitton of problems. Until you vomit. Homeworks, quizzes, midterms, past exams, textbook problems, problem books.
You won't do it. But that's the only way.

Start by reading research papers. ArXiv, Springer, etc. anywhere you can find them.
