If we evolve then why do certain people still get chromosomes with instructions to be introverted and to have a low dimorphic look especially when it comes to men (very lacking in masculine traits)? Shouldn't our genes already know that these traits are undesirable and weed them out? Isn't reproduction the goal and are we not social creatures after all?

Evolution doesnt tell you anything about whether or not the total information in the genome increases or decreases.
