Spinoza and Mach come up a couple of times. But a lot of them didn't. Can't say I'm too surprised, philosophy has nothing to offer anyone.

bohr - kierkegaard
einstein - spinoza
poincare - kant
galileo - aristotle
gauss - aristotle
Euler - aristotle
newton - aristolte, plato
leibniz - aristotle
pretty much everyone before 1800 had read aristotle and if their latin was really strong it was probably because they have read the scholastics.

Weyl - Kant and Husserl.
Einstein - other anon already mentioned Spinoza, but he also greatly enjoyed Hume and Schopenhauer.
Schrodinger - Schopenhauer.
Godel - Plato, Leibniz, Husserl.
von Helmholtz - Kant, you should look up Neo-Kantianism.
Heisenberg - was friends with Heidegger and engaged in discussion with him.
