i cant stop thinking about the big bang and singularity and an apparently widely accepted theory that time freezes at the start of the universe and there continues to exist some white hot singularity from which all time and matter flows out of. it started with trying to understand the big bang in terms of quantum physics which id never looked into before and i felt overwhelmed with existential dread at the idea of nothing existing, not even time, and then everything exploding from it, but then realized that sort of also means that the singularity is frozen in time since time didnt exist before it

the implication is that the beginning of the universe still exists which makes as much or more sense to me than time and matter not existing at all, but how do you reconcile the idea that this frozen singularity exists in some cosmic plane alongside our universe
