i guess going hard on diet.

just eat less fatass. everyone has a fixed metabolic limit which varies depending on your telomeres. some people have a higher limit, some lower. but it is fixed so you cannot extend it. you can only change the rate at which it is exhausted. i.e., eat less fatass
