I take noopept (through my nose) and L-theanine, pramiracetam, and yohimbine (orally). The last one always just gives me a boner and makes me angry, but it's very productive if you manage it well

This person doesn't understand what MitoQ does. It is NOT coenzyme Q10.

MitoQ is chemically similar to coQ10 but it is not the same. It readily penetrates into mitochondria, and it does not accumulate in tissue the way coq10 does. MitoQ supplementation will not raise measured levels of ubiquinol.

good luck in avoiding derealization. lots of people find it hard to recover from even a cup of green tea. neurology is weird.

sounds like a you problem. consider taking a neurotransmitter test and see what you're lacking in.

the pdf link file here explains an in-depth take from a pharma startup that tests neurotransmitters as such

Never used it for that. I use it at a 2 to 1 ratio when I take powdered caffeine, to balance it out. However, the theanine wears off faster than the caffeine, and I notice that I'm quicker to anger and aggression after theanine than otherwise. It's manageable for sure, but something to consider.

I have a fear of sleep which causes severe anxiety at bedtime and theanine works wonders to calm me down

Why would you be afraid of sleeping? I've had severe nightmares since I was a child, still do, but sleeping is still very pleasant.

Yeah, maybe we die every night and just pass on our things to the person who wakes up. So be it.
