I came up with a paradox as a response to invasive and pervasive surveillance and constant stalking as I've experienced it for many years. It is called "the Haru paradox" and it serves, whenever possible, to deter excessive nefarious surveillance by corrupt actors on any level, from small communities to big oppresive
nation states. The paradox as an ultimate response of maximum autonomy of an individual being surveilled by a community. A way to demonstrate that in the end, people performing excessive surveillance end up winning nothing and losing the most precious thing they have. TIME. Grok AI seems to consider it clever, and thus I share it here, hoping it serves you in some way and the human collective as a whole.

Feel free to prove it, disprove it, win or lose the game, and hope this helps you reevaluate the sacredness of your finite time on Earth.

The counterpoint is that most of the surveillance we are under is automated and it's definitely worth doing given the amount of money there is in overinflating suveillance data as an asset. So yeah, no person is going to target specifically you. However everyone doing scams and surveillance is casting the broadest net possible and adjusting their filtering to target the people they will be able to extract the most vita from.

Most of the surveillance we are under is paid for by us. One way or another.
What we need want is an AI bot that makes dozens of innocuous, dumb, uneducated, and trivial posts on our behalf everyday. Agreeing with the sheep, being on the side of the government and big corporations, having the ethical standards and morality of the average 12 year old, anything to indicate that we just compliant brainwashed morons of no value and of no possible interest. Yes, basically a redditor clone AI. Designed to make us blend in with the crowd rather than stand out.

Don't you love it when the AI laughs? Like why tf would they program it like that? It should be analytical, stoic and at least half decent conveying a point and giving critical arguments without looping on "this is why x always equals y" bs.

Colonel Roger Trinquier wrote the book on modern counter insurgency. His idea was to keep tabs on every member of society, by having informants in every street of who lived where and what did he do all day. You just need to know your people.
Anyone caught doing shady things would be interrogated and tortured until he reveals his contacts. This way you can find the leaders.
When properly done normies get to live their lives and never notice any trouble, you fail and get an open insurgency.
