My stack size is in between Bryan Johnson's and Dave Pascoe's, but closer to Dave Pascoe's now. I'm way past both of them on chemoprophylaxis. Staying on top of the senolytic and Yamanaka factor literature especially for potential new interventions.

Bout three grand. I prioritize bioactive plant extracts that are fairly cheap moreso than the influencers. They are decent substitutes for most pepetide-type shit.
