I don't know, but it's bullshit. I kinda want to get into regenerative medicine just for reasons like this. With current technology, the option nearest in time would be to have a giant lab-grown schlong that would have to replace your current dingus via amputation and replacement.

There's also the issue of the inner portion of the penis that would make it difficult. If your lab-grown schmeat is 7" in diameter while your current cock root is 4.5" diameter, that would not only make the grafting difficult, but once it's together, that would be a weak point where it can't support itself very well. To make up for that, you'd probably need some extra ligaments thrown in that aren't naturally present. Or maybe upgrade the current ones to some heavy duty models.
