At the very least you need to be attractive. If you aren't attrative you need to be funny, relatable, and smart. Or just be rich.

Honestly, my genuine best advice is to go to the club and get drunk. 25% of the time if the club is busy and you are loose enough there will be some girl that wants to hook up with you. From there you can build a relationship if you play your cards right.
