acne, wash your face daily, stop popping zits and stop touching your face with unwashed hands, its generally a sign of poor poor poor personal hygene.
clear off all this shit at the weekend with a hot towel and really scrub your face until it hurts to touch it, then let your face recover over the weekend (do not touch it) the new skin thats going to be replacing your old and sore skin should not have these kind of blemishes and your acne should flare down.
facecleaner creams etc are just jewish shite.

very good advice ! I have also been put on retinol serum - apply a pea size amount to make for a film of the lightest intensity type after washing and cleaning your face well.. Really does wonders over days !!

Just because you didn't get it from sex doesn't mean its not an STD.

Go to a fucking doctor. If you're uninsured just make some phone calls to your local physicians. At lease one of them will give you a cash discount.

would placing zyn pouches directly onto my inner-lip herpes sores exacerbate them? Conversely, would placing them onto these open wounds with direct blood flow enhance the effect of the pouch?

You'd probably spread the infection to healthy nerves this way. Would advise against it.

>would placing them onto these open wounds with direct blood flow enhance the effect of the pouch?
Onset of effects would likely be faster. Duration may be shorter and more intense. But not to a meaningful degree. Mucus membranes are essentially a direct pathway into the bloodstream as-is.
If you wat a stronger rush, up the dosage. There's brands that sell up to the 16 mg range and probably beyond.

Blood in a wound should clot and inhibit absorbtion.

It's literally just some psoriasis. You're allergic to something in your environment, mold usually, which can cause this.

Impetigo and psoriasis are both decent guesses, but I had hidradenitis suppurativa that looked basically identical to this. Took a bunch of cultures and herp-a-derp testing and other bullshit to figure it out by exclusion. Photodynamic intense pulsed light therapy with zinc oxide and methylene blue plus topical cryotherapy eventually wiped it out despite all those dermatology chuds calling it incurable.
