Are fossil fuels made out of dinosaurs or not?

No.
Mostly prehistoric algae mats at the bottom of oxygen deprived inland seas that were around before the first dinosaurs ever walked the earth.

I've heard that fossil fuel is made out of ancient sewage.

Not dinosaurs or anything living. Caused by cometary Venus making a close pass some number of centuries ago and dumping hydrocarbons as a rain a naphtha. Everywhere with a rain of fire legend has oil today. Velikovsky spotted that in the 1940s.

Also might grow spontaniously within the Earth due to unknown natutal processes. E.g. the lake of tar in Trinidad. No matter how much tar is removed it refills the next day to the old level. Roads all over the world have been paved by it.

Fun fact: because of this coal/oil are only found at a single strata layer of Earth.

One reason the dinosaur civilization died out is because they had no access to fossil fuels and couldn't develop their technology much beyond the medieval level. It takes a long time for fossil fuels to form and the dinosaurs were way too early.

Absolutely not.
Only NATO shills claim as much.
The USSR knew the truth about abiogenic oil, as has been confirmed by the presence of hydrocarbons on other planetary bodies.

Some oil having an abiotic origin isn't fully out of the question. Methane is all over the universe so that's a different topic entirely.

As far as petroleum is concerned, the serpentinite mechanism seems most plausible rather than the deep mantle formation in your image.

All that aside, the majority of fossil fuels is more than likely biologenic. That's the model that best matches where we find oil deposits.

Titan has more hydros than earth.
The natural westoid basedentific hubris has now moved to a "blended, nuanced understanding", which is basedence for "yes we were wrong, but the tenured people behind the theory need to die before we change it" as has been the typical for the last two decades.

Abiogenic theory will take over in the next 15-20 years.

>Titan has more hydros than earth.
Methane is an extraordinarily simple molecule. Which is why I said it's a different topic entirely.
We see zero evidence of coal or oil anywhere but Earth.

>pressure can't make carbon do weird/complex things chud!
Methane gets folded up into more complex hyrdos by solar rads on Titan, and there is plenty of evidence for that.
It's not impossible to imagine a process by which pressure or buried heavier, more radioactive matter closer to the core does the same.
