If not complemented by the task-positive network, the thoughts go to shit. I've been inactive, lazy, indulging in addictions recently so my capacity to think has noticeably declined. Then once I get back on schedule, work on studies and writing, the clarity returns. Of course that tangles up many other factors but generally, DMN, TPN observably affect each other.
