If you just accept words on a screen into your heart without the appropriate epistemic nuance, you're already an idiot. Personally, I superficially use chatbots for low IQ purposes like meta-thinking but I'm really just offloading my thoughts because I have nobody to talk to and getting a little dopamine hit from the interactivity. It's a plaything.
