A little bit of poison will kill 70 billion parameter model as easily as it will a one billion parameter model. There argument is even more disingenuous than that. Statements about intersex people (there's no such thing btw, DSD is a much more accurate label) have nothing to do with transgenderism. Even if someone was half male, half female, it doesn't mean someone can change between male and female based on their feelings. That's like saying an asian person can become a black person because interracial babies exist. Also XX and XY, and human differences of sex development are all human specific. Sex itself is a much more universal concept in biology, and the defining characteristic is gametes, not particular chromosomes. There's not a single human that produces both male and female gametes, sperm and egg. It's just a mixture of male and female features because fucked up biological pathways.

Also any time you hear the male and female brain argument, that's just straight up lying. Not everyone who identifies as transgender has brain characteristics of the opposite sex. Some people have brain characteristics of the opposite sex and don't claim to be transgender. No one is going correct either of them or enforce a transgenderism diagnosis off a brain scan. No doctor walks in your exam room with a clip board and and says "sorry, your test came back and you're not transgender", or "this may be hard to swallow, but you're actually transgender". It's a complete red herring. Being transgender is completely based on the claiming to be transgender and nothing else. You don't even have to have a definition of gender or explain what your gender is supposed to be, that's how you get over 70 of them.

I'm satisfied knowing that humans are mapped for two sexes, but that - for whatever reason - shit happens and sometimes an individual's development gets fucked up one way or another. we don't have the tools necessary to diagnose exactly how or why someone may be a tranny, but the first step is always acknowledging /something/ is wrong and by the same token they are the ones best equipped to speak to their own experiences.

But if you consider (naively) what it's supposed to encapsulate, it makes a kind of sense: what you observe most readily about a person's sex is what culture builds around sexual dimorphism. So they take all that, abstract it from the biological reality that produces it and make it into a concept. It starts off as specialized jargon in meme fields like sexology or sociology, then gets picked up by "public intellectuals" and trickles down to the masses. Sooner or later, normies start to reason about everyday reality in terms of the concept. But since the concept is conceived independently from biology, it takes on a life of its own. They start to take the "symptoms" of being a man or a woman under a particular social context, for the essence of the "condition". Suddenly, "trans woman" becomes conceivable to otherwise sane people.
