if we're in a simulation (and i'm about 99% sure we are), then it makes sense that a theory of everything would be about the one data type that you see all the fucking time

you would call it

>"string" theory

i'm going with multiple experience-level simulations linked together in some kind of network

doesn't make sense to simulate the whole universe, you just need to simulate the POV experiences of the PCs

Regarding photons as the fundamental abstract object > abstract information theory (raw idealism)
Photons move at c, do not experience time and thus are not created or destroyed.
Time and matter derive from energy gradients.
Thus, we dont have to toy w simulation theories, pure abstract idealism, or infinite simulation regress.

Midwit meme. The first two are religious metaphors intentionally using familiar things as symbols. The last two are literal materialist attempts at explaining reality with zero self-awareness.

>the universe is all books!
please explain to me how you can make a machine capable of simulating a virtual reality out of pieces of paper, you fucking retard

They aren't talking about data type digital strings, they are talking about fabric type analog strings.

You forgot the part where gears are just wheels with extra parts.

Yes, they call it the fabric of space and since fabric is made of strings, so too must space be.

wheels are just bespoken circles

No, wheels are 3d, circles are 2d.
