Well if you want a non-pol answer... an obvious fact about blacks in america is that they're largely descended from slaves. That means they had their culture wiped out and replaced with slave "culture", which does contain some traditional elements but they are weak and retarded. Although they took on parts of mainstream american culture after (and before) being freed, that does not happen overnight. If you take a bunch of extremely poor and uneducated ex-slaves (little to no cultural cohesion), their descendants aren't gonna go anywhere fast, at least on average. Furthermore nobody will like them, because they are poor ex-slaves, plus they look different. In many cases further cultural and economic degeneration has taken place, worsened by the insane and exploitative systems of burgerland.

This could be exacerbated or even overpowered by non-cultural (genetic) factors. It's not really possible to determine objectively which is the dominant factor in my opinion, at least without very expensive and unethical experiments.

I'd probably start by questioning the question which is itself a leading one.


When you look at world history of the past 2-300 years, people we call 'white' have been responsible for countless violent horrors on a scale of magnitude that far outstrips whatever is being applied to Black people: colonialism, WW1+2, Atlantic Slavery, Two atom bombs, NATO, etc.

That doesn't mean I think white people are genetically predisposed to violence either. The reason why white people have been more violent than other "races" lies in a mix of social hierarchies, power and access to technologies. Think about when Obama became president he was just as violent as his white predecessors.


The real question we should be asking is WHY people want to continually frame violence in regards to race. What is the agenda at play for doing this and what is it turning our attention away from?

Cops are biased against black people, so they're more they're less likely to be lenient, more likely to stop their cars and demand searches. This skews the data, thus reinforcing this stereotype.

Just look at the traffic stop data. It's a fact that white people get stopped more in the winter, which was perplexing some people. They concluded it was simply because there's longer nights. Of course once the cops walks over and see the drivers face, that then they see the skin color of the driver and if they're white they're more lenient with them.
