why do maka and mortal prefer declaring riichi with the 6s instead of 9s here? even if 9s is dora, tanyao already gives the same value and it doesn't make the 3s suji giving my opponents less options to fold with while also maybe making them think the hand could be a riichi nomi so more likely to push, am I missing something?
