If you go to any Traffic Court you will see all these broads wearing slutty dresses they clearly haven't worn since 10yrs and 25lbs ago. They haven't been in cross-hairs of real authority since maybe moving out of parents or since public school and they think that is how the Mother of Our Childern you get a break from The System in our Democracy.
If you go to Criminal Court it will mostly be people "copping pleas" and there will always be some Homer Simpson type hammer-head who just don't get it. The Judge has to ask you if you are copping the plea of your own choosing and NOT under any threat or duress, and Homer doesn't want to get in MORE trouble by LYING IN COURT so he says "I'm pleading guilty to these charges because the DA told me if I don't I'll be convicted of worse charges" and that fucks everything up and they have to call over someone to explain WTF is going on.
The entire legal system is run on pure extortion. If you ask a DA or judge, or any elected official, or school teacher about that, they will say "Well, we have to do that otherwise it would take too long with all the cases we have".
That is exact same reason any extortionist will give.
