How big his body is in relation to his dick also matters.

A 5"7 guy with an 8 inch dick is going to look much bigger than a 6"5 guy with an 8 inch dick, because visually we compare things to gauge size. (Many A list male actors are short, but they are framed so that people are surprised that they are short when they find out of see them outside of movies.)
