Jeremiah 31:31 and Hebrews 8:8 (quoting Jeremiah) say that the new covenant is with the descendants of the man named Jacob/Israel, whom I believe are basically all of the white race by this point (and no ethnic Jews, as we use that term today, since they are all race-mixed.)
