I think the tech industry is splitting into white companies and shit tier pajeet companies that are spiraling into destruction.

I see companies purging the jeets and shifting to US or Eastern Europe staffing. I like some of the Poles and Czechs I’ve run into. Very talented. Night and day difference with Indians.
