Not to disregard your point but in order to use twitter properly you have to curate your timeline. I only have CJK posts on mine and 90% of it is art. Actively hearting content you like influences the algorithm more than flagging a single tweet you dislike as useless. Ultimately there's probably almost no difference between your timeline and mine
