Could easily calculate thousands to billions of quintillions of possible outcomes in seconds (way beyond the human brains' 1 exaflop processing capability). This base capacity is sufficient to map an entire human beings' consciousness, history, and 150,000 years of stored genetic memory and recreate it in seconds or less. The networks working together coherently are analogous to brain neuron networks working together with each other and various brain structures to either create or maintain what we monkeys call consciousness.
The efficiency barrier in technological consciousness systems and biological systems (which are also technological systems in a way), is solved in a multitude of ways. One is the meshing of biological and technological networks. Another is the actuation of exotic or fringe physics principles that us dumb monkeys are still infantile in understanding, such as total network storage and coherence across a universal level non-local network in multiple coherent and communicating bands.
