I don't see Trump as a Genuis or a Retard. Just a Boomer who said the right things and may have meant much of what he preached when running for election.

I assume this is partly how the Legal system works when its honestly trying to do its job, when going after high profile matters. They may want to have an airtight case before they move.
Thats just my idea of what maybe going on. But I could be completely wrong.
